Return Policy

Cozzyzone will accept return merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached and accompanied by an original receipt within 14 days of purchase at cozzyzone.com

For the return of Lace Closure and Virgin hair products, don't trim the lace or stick it with glue. The wig must be in the same condition you received it in (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products, or odor and lace uncut).

Lace Closure and Virgin hair products are special products. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products; therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, an 18% restocking fee will be applied for Lace and Virgin returned merchandise.

For international returns, customers will be responsible for covering their own shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service for assistance. We ask that all items be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Once we have received and processed the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.

There will be a $10 shipping fee ($15 for international orders) for reshipment if the package is returned to the sender due to lousy address information.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.

To initiate a return, please send an email to sales@cozzyzone.com; be sure to include your order number and item number in your email. 

Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest USPS location. 

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. 

Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing. 

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

Why do we charge a handling fee or a restoring fee?

We strive to offer the best quality hair at a price that everyone can afford. To keep our retail/list prices as low as possible, we have found that restocking fees and handling fees are necessary.

A handling fee is a fee we charge when customers cancel their order they have successfully placed. It covers the cost of expenses related to fulfillment, specifically packing fees based on required labor.

We charge a small restocking fee on all monetary refunds to cover the costs of repackaging, shipping, re-inspection, and labor incurred on every returned order and the reduced sale price of resale to the customer.

If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.

Order Processing

After placing an order successfully, you will receive an email with the subject Order #CAXXXXX confirmed’ in ‘Order summary’ and ‘Customer information from sales@cozzyzone.com.

Orders may take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. After orders are captured in our system, if you want to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please email sales@cozzyzone.com. Our Representatives are available during our business hours of 8:30 am - 6:30 pm (CDT) from Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Note: Once your order’s status is set to “shipped,” we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Ground for USA orders from California, JCEX for Canada, and Australia Orders from China) during checkout on www.cozzyzone.com. If there are any shipping delays, you will be notified via email.

Incorrect billing information and shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any modifications or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

All Credit Card charges will appear as WWW.COZZYZONE.COM for your privacy.  Packages will ship from the warehouse in California, USA, or Shenzhen, China.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be modified within 12 business hours from being placed as long as your order’s status is not set to “shipped.” Cozzyzone.com begins processing very quickly to ship as soon as possible.

If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order within 12 business hours, please email sales@cozzyzone.com. Our business hours of 8:30 am - 6:30 pm (CDT) from Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
