Shipping and Handling

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

Deliveries to APO/FPO/PO boxes must be time-frame guaranteed, and the package can be tracked. We recommend that all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly.

Orders take 24 hours to process before shipping.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping in the U.S. with USPS Ground. Usually, it takes 3-5 business days to deliver, depending on the distance to your shipping address from our warehouse.

Additional Shipping Charges

For shipments returned to Cozzyzone due to lousy address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $10 fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind. This applies to US orders only. 

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please remember that holidays and weekends are not business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email sales@cozzyzone.com.

Tracking your order

For the most efficient service, please register an account with us! 

 -Go to our website: www.cozzyzone.com.

-If you are using your phone or tablet, click on the ‘My Account button from the drop-down menu on the left-top side.

-If you are using your desktop or laptop, click the ‘login’ button next to the search bar on the right-top side.

-Simply enter your email and password to login into your account, and click on the blue order number starting with #CA.

-If your order has been shipped, a USPS tracking number or JCEX will be added under the Product information.

-Trace your package on USPS website (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input) or 17Track (https://www.17track.net/en) for JCEX carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive email updates from USPS or JCEX with shipping and tracking information to the email address you used to place your order.
